Kyocera e4710 push to talk phone12/7/2023 Because of the screen size, seeing your navigation is small and tough. It's not something I'd rely on daily unless you're a masochist. Let's be honest, it's not as pleasurable as just tapping quickly into the screen to get your navigation going. Okay, tested the browser and Google Maps for you. But I've read good things about it, and because it's a rugged phone meant for work sites, I'm sure it'll be just as good as anything else. I haven't tested whether or not talking on it actually sounds good, because like I said. My main photo use is for snapping a quick pic of something like serial numbers on the back of a device, or generally just something I need to remember immediately but is too complicated to remember. The camera is 5MP and decent, but I really don't take photos. I don't worry about dropping it or damaging it. It never feels like it's going to slip out of my hand. It's fun to flip it and just generally play with it. It's rubberized, so very grippy, and you can tell that it will hold up to abuse. It felt kind of bulky at first, but I hold it and flip it every day to get used to it, and I don't mind the size anymore. It's simple, but still has its conveniences. But it also has upgraded features like tethering, seeing as it's 4G LTE. When you go into the menu, it's only basic necessities (Browser, Contacts, Calendar, Camera, Recent Calls, Messaging, Photos/Videos, Email, Calculators, Settings). There are no useless Facebook or Twitter apps, no games. The OS is bare bones, but it's more than enough for me. The phone has Bluetooth, so I was able to connect it to my car and play music through it with no issues. Music sounds decent coming out of the speaker (it's a large, loud speaker meant for push-to-talk for construction sites and whatnot), and perfect coming out of headphones. I loaded some music on a memory card, and found the music player to be really nice. What I have tested is battery life - it lasted about a full week on a single charge, just sitting on my desk, with me occasionally screwing with it. I haven't tried the web browser yet, though I could because the phone does have wi-fi (doing it now for you, see below). I plan to soon transfer my number from T-Mobile to AT&T so that I can use this phone. If you're going to get it, you should also be on AT&T or an AT&T network MVNO. However, even though it came "unlocked" it doesn't work well on T-Mobile.
